Rooibos & Honeybush

Red Tea, Bush Tea or even redbush tea all these names actually refer to the Rooibos plant native to South Africa and like yerba maté it is not technically a tea since it does not come from the Camellia sinensis. Rooibos is growing in popularity amongst Americans primarily due to its high antioxidant levels, low levels of tannins and because it is caffeine-free making it a healthy treat for anytime of the day.
